These Terms and Conditions govern the conduct, responsibilities, and rights of all students enrolled at Elharoon Academy. By signing the enrollment form or participating in any training programme, the student agrees to abide by the following terms.
Conduct
- Students must demonstrate respect towards instructors, fellow students, and academy property.
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Students must maintain proper decorum and avoid actions that may hinder learning activities.
- Use of foul language or inappropriate behaviour within the academy premises is not allowed.
Fees
- All fees must be fully paid before or on the commencement date of the course.
- Fees paid are generally non-refundable, except under special approval by management.
- Certification will only be issued upon full settlement of all payments.
Equipment & Academy Property
- Students are responsible for the proper handling of computers, accessories, and all academy equipment.
- Deliberate damage to any equipment will attract repair or replacement charges.
- Students must not install unauthorized software, alter system settings, delete academy files, or access restricted folders or systems.
- Students must not connect personal devices (USBs, hard drives, etc.) without permission, as they may contain viruses.
- Students must avoid eating or drinking near computer systems.
Safety
- Students must follow all safety instructions concerning the use of electrical and computer equipment.
- Running, playing, or unsafe behaviour within the computer lab is prohibited.
- Students must immediately report any electrical faults, overheating systems, or damaged cables.
Intellectual Property
- All training materials (notes, books, videos) are for educational purposes only.
- Students are not allowed to copy, distribute, or resell academy materials without permission.
- The academy's intellectual property must be respected at all times.
Discipline
- The academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any student who violates these terms.
- Actions may include: verbal or written warning, suspension from class, expulsion from the programme, or payment for damages caused.
Certification
- Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the training programme.
- Requirements include full attendance (minimum of 75%), passing practical and/or theoretical assessments, and full payment of fees.
